PULSE ONE WiFi Environmental monitor
I've Got the first generation 4 years ago and its still running strong!  The Pulse one monitor allows you to monitor your room environment no matter where you are.   The unit connects to your home Wifi and allows you to view real time information via the Pulse One APP.  You could be in Hawaii on the beach and still keep an eye on your environment.   Its got custom alarm set ups and also recognizes power outages.  Its got a battery back up so if the wifi goes out or there is a power outage,  it will continue to log Data.
The App.  logs temp,humidity, VPD, Light intensity, and dew point.  The daily information is always available , no matter how long ago it was recorded. 
The only down side i can think of is the the price. However,  this monitor was developed and manufactured in Inglewood ,CA using all locally sourced hardware and materials.
on a good note, Pulse has released a small wired version at half the cost.

RAINPOINT Soil Moisture Monitor
Correct watering is the hardest  to learn.  Too much water and you risk root rot, too little and your plant dries out.  Rain point is a soil moisture monitor with real time display.  The probes take reading from about 4" under the soil and displays it as a number between 0=dry AF! to 100=Wet AF!
I don't know how accurate the meter is as far as the percentage reading or even what scale or standard is used to calibrate it.  What I do know is that certain moisture ranges makes my plant grow faster and others slow it down.  Its important that you watch your plant closely when you first get this unit, This will help you gauge the sweet spot and lock your optimum moisture level.

The only negative thing I have to say about this unit is,  the wireless monitor doesn't have a very far range.  It only receives readings within 10 feet.

LAWNFUL Battery Operated Garden Sprayer
One of the major issues when watering is .. watering too fast, specially when the soil is dry.  Soil has an absorption rate and if you water too fast,  it just gonna run off and leach out your nutrients.  I like using pump sprayers because they spray water evenly and in a controlled manner. They also aerate the water as its being sprayed. This sprayer is battery operated so its always ready to go!.  I've used this Amazon brand for 3 years and its running like a champ.
the only negative is the wand saddle doesn't lock, never has worked. Not big deal though.

VIVOSUN USB Chargeable clip on fan
Three of these have failed on me.  The Fan its self works great but the problem seems to be in the USB cord connection (fan side) and AC to USB converter.  The Cord connection bends easy on the fan side and this prevents the fan from charging. The AC adapter shorts out at the USB connection point possibly do to Humidity  levels in the tent....don't really  know.   It is  powerful for its class.  This fan  COULD BE AWESOME  if they fix those problems.

InkBird temperature controller
I use these small units to control exhaust and intake fans.  Ive also used them to control my AC which may be pushing it a little but it works.  The unit is able to toggle from heating to cooling so you can connect both sources if you want.  I own three and Ive had them for years.
The negative to this one is the menu screen options are a little annoying and hard to understand. The unit is easy to program once you know what all the abbreviations mean. (Don't loose the manual)
InkNird also makes humidity controllers but Ive never used one.

BN-LINK temperature controller
Ive owned one for 2 months and it took a crap on me. The digital display and menus worked but it was stuck on the on position.  Relay probably blew out.
This unit is rated for 8 amps so I don't recommend you control Ac units with this. It worked fine while it did anyway.

CERAMIC automatic watering spikes
I'm Kinda torn with these because they work but they have some issues. The way these watering spikes work is, as the soil drys,  It pulls water from the spike reservoir through the ceramic walls. This creates suction on the spike tube that pulls water back into the spike reservoir from a water source.
Problem 1: Once it looses suction,  it wont pull so you gotta make sure the spike itself is full and the water source doesn't dry out. 
Problem 2: If the top cap isn't secured,  it wont create suction on the tube.  Tubing can also kink and prevent water from reaching spike.

Con: could fail easy if your not on top of it.

Yes, I recommend it.  Probably best for situations when you wont be home and need to make sure your plant doesn't dry out.  Ive left my room for 4 days unattended.

Mikikin Cool mist humidifier
This thing puts out a good amount of cool mist that can bring up your room humidity pretty quickly.  Works excellent for a 3x3 space and maybe even larger.  there are a few things I don't like though. 
Cons: The mist sometimes settles at the bottom of the tent.  I never really figured out why or how to avoid it.  Also,  It doesn't work when connected to a controller.  The on button has to be pressed to turn on and this defeats the purpose of automating with a controller.  Probably best for growing mushrooms.
Recommend for specific application only

Honeywell warm mist humidifier
Monster!  I own the black version and have used it for over 3 years.  Its running strong and is super dependable.  Ive used it in rooms up to 4x4. 
Works great when connected to a controller.  Warm mist humidifiers warm up your room so be aware of that.  Also if you live in Hard water locations, make sure you clean off the build up periodically, this advice is true for all humidifiers.
Cons: Cant think of any.

Mars-Hydro Grow tent 39x39
I believe grow tents changed the home growing game.  They allow you to set up an in inconspicuous temperature controlled grow room anywhere in your house.  They're light proof, have reflective interiors and exhaust  and wire ports for your equipment.  Mars- hydro is consistent.  I can't sit here and tell you that they make the most durable tents out there,  but they're definitely comparable to most ( except for gorilla tents. so I hear).
They're loaded with option like  multiple top and bottom exhaust ports, multiple wire ports, viewing window, and tool bag.
Cons: Cant think of any.

Infinity AC 6" inline fan
I've had mine for over 3 years and they're still running strong .  My version of the fan has the old controller that allowed you to monitor and control Temp & Humidity.  It also has an idle mode which is the best in situations where you need the odor to be constantly scrubbed through your carbon filter.  The new versions have so much more to offer and if the quality is the same as the originals,  its gonna last forever.
